Wind Waker Pirate Youths V2

This is the second version of << It's so old, I don't really want to show it, but at least I know I've improved!! I hope you guys agree that this version is better than the other. Andd colored outlines! For the first time! Man it took a while. Maybe I'm just doing them inefficiently, using a stupid method.
I hope there's nothing wrong, because I haven't had the time to stare at it for ages like I usually do with my other art XD The background is basically a side-view of Tetra's ship, with minimum detail
